The Committee of the First Parents Forum “Erth” for Cycle 2 and Cycle 3 Schools in Al Ain is honored to invite you to attend this unique and pioneering forum. The event is set to host over 3,000 parents, distinguished community leaders, school administrators, teaching and administrative staff, teachers, and students. The forum features a range of keynote sessions, interactive workshops, training programs, and side activities that revolve around the vital importance of empowering parents as active partners in school decision-making. During the forum, parents will have the opportunity to participate in developing a Parent-School Partnership Charter, underscoring the essential and influential role of parents in the educational process. Additionally, a Parent Partnership Guide will be launched to define the roles and responsibilities of parents, alongside the establishment of a Parent Leadership Council at the cluster level and a comprehensive action plan to activate their role in supporting and enhancing the educational journey. This initiative comes as part of the broader participation plan in the First Parents Forum titled “Erth”, held in the city of Al Ain. The forum concluded with a set of impactful recommendations aimed at supporting national efforts to foster a collaborative and integrative relationship between schools and parents. These efforts are supported by practical steps that will further strengthen the role of parents in the advancement of

Erth Forum: “Partnership for Success”   The Erth Forum is a pioneering interactive event aimed at strengthening the partnership between families and schools across Al Ain city schools. The forum spans five hours and features a variety of activities, including keynote lectures, workshops, and showcases of best practices. Forum Objectives: • Enhance communication between families and schools. • Raise parents’ awareness of their role in supporting the educational process. • Address educational and psychological challenges facing students. • Establish a sustainable partnership that contributes to improving the learning environment. • Develop a comprehensive charter outlining the duties and responsibilities of parents in public schools. • Create a Parent Partnership Guide for effective engagement in schools.
